All configuration flows through a small number of well-guarded files.
Golden rule: process.env is only read inside src/lib/config/env.ts (Zod validated). Import env from there everywhere else.
Tunable defaults that are safe to change in production live in src/lib/config/defaults.ts and are marked with comments.
Three data themes (signal, paper, terminal) + dark mode. All colors go through semantic tokens defined in globals.css. Never use raw palette classes or import recharts directly — the boundary checks will fail.
