AEO Explorer is run by a sole natural person (Einzelperson). There is no legal entity behind it and no entry in a commercial register (Handelsregister).

VAT ID (Umsatzsteuer-Identifikationsnummer)

A VAT ID pursuant to §27a UStG will be listed here if and when one is issued — for example, when the paid self-hosted license launches.

Consumer Dispute Resolution

The operator is not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) under §§36, 37 VSBG, and does not participate voluntarily.

Scope

AEO Explorer is currently in public beta with a free tier. A paid offering (one-time self-hosted license) is planned; this notice is provided because the service is operated with commercial intent (geschäftsmäßig). How your data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy (Datenschutzerklärung).
